Paw Diary operates under a strict No Refund and No Return Policy. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed. This policy is in place to maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers and their pets.

When will my orders be delivered?

Your products will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days
